Your reservation request is contingent upon acceptance and understanding of our Terms And Conditions, thank you for thoroughly reviewing them below:

Participant Waiver:
Every participant must read and sign the Yogihiker, LLC Participant Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement before the booking begins: Waiver and Hold Harmless form.

Fitness Terms:
While we will do everything we can to make sure every experience is fun and safe, our clients are ultimately responsible for their own intention, decisions, and well-being during our time together in the forested mountains. It's important for participants to understand that activities in our high desert terrain come with inherent risks. Guests should be prepared both physically and mentally to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience. We will assist and guide you, but your own choices and actions play a significant role in the outcome of your adventure. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we encourage open communication and cooperation to make each experience a memorable and enriching experience for all. Approximate distance and elevation measurements are detailed in each offering and we require that you understand what’s entailed in the outing and have a regular fitness routine that will prepare you to hike in high altitude mountains (7,500 feet above sea level) for a minimum of 3 miles and 800 foot gain to 8,500’ elevation above sea level. It’s important that you arrive well hydrated and prepared for weather and bring your own supply of water (see our Q&A page for a gear list.) We reserve the right to not decline participation of any client who we feel is ill-equipped (has not brought suitable shoes and clothing) or who we feel will be unable to complete the Yoghike because they do not meet the fitness requirements. In such cases, we will process a refund accordingly, as our main priority is the safety and overall experience of all participants.

Payment:
Prepayment is required to hold all confirmed reservations. Refunds less a 40% service charge will be provided if you cancel in writing via email to stacy@yogihiker.com 48 hours in advance of your scheduled experience. Cancellations made after this time can not be refunded. In the event of dodgy weather (carefully monitored by us), we will give our clients the option of 1) canceling and receiving a full refund, 2) braving the weather and going anyway, or 3) rescheduling for another day. If the weather is determined unsafe by us, we will cancel the Yogihike and refund in full.
